Selection „Naturtrüb“ ist die neue Premium-Kreation der Braumeister der Allersheimer Brauerei. Nach deutschem Reinheitsgebot mit amerikanischem Cascade-Hopfen gebraut. Gereift im pazifischen Klima der Westküste der USA, verleiht er dieser Bierspezialität seine feine, fruchtige Zitrusnote. Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, grain, lemon, yeast. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, light lemon, grainy. Mild sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy notes, bit papery, hint of lemon peel. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, fresh and well-balanced, nice one.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Allersheimer Selection Naturtrüb ].Hazy matt medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, citrus, butterscotch - butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, grain, butterscotch, fudge, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160724]

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Grassy, mildly citric and herbal-spicy hoppy aroma with a slightly pale malty, subtle grainy background. Moderately bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Initially mildly sweet malty, delicately grainy taste with a drying, mildly grassy and slightly citrus-fruity hops dosage; quite balanced bitter-sweet finish. Good. 29.VI.15

Bottle from my local Rewe in Schwelm. The beer starts nice floral grainy. The mainpart is nice fruity with citrus hints, floral fresh on a slightly grainy but easy drinking body. Moderate bitter in the aftertaste, not too sweetish, nice citrus floralness, round and great session beer.

bottle, kindly donated by pivnizub! Hazy golden with a fluffy white head and a promising fruity hop aroma. Light-bodied, shy malty base, good aromatic hop flavours, piney, resiny and with some tropcial fruit.

Buegelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, lively carbonation, mid-sized loose lacy white head, that slowly collapses; only faint traces of spicy - maybe herbal-piney - in the fruity-grainy nose; moderate bitter-sweet glavour, light bodied and a bit tart; unexpected increasing hoppiness towards the dry herbal finish. Not too bad, but basically not much more than an ordinary german Pils...
