Draft at Zhang Men, Yongkang, Taipei. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, strawberry cheesecake hops. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, juicy strawberry, light vanilla lactose palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
