Draft at Zhang Men, Yongkang, Taipei. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, biscuit dough. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, crisp, biscuit dough, dry yeasty, light tart fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. I don’t think Cantillon have much to worry about.

Poured from the tap at Zhang Men Kaohsiung. Hazy yellow with white head. Mild sour and acetic nature with a slightly oily texture. Decent, but nothing special.
