A classic British session bitter, brewed with pale and crystal malts for a smooth body. This light caramel coloured beer was then hopped with British Goldings and Bramling Cross hops for a crisp, refreshingly bitter finish.

Cask at the brewery's tap. Clear copper gold. Foamy translucent white head. Aroma has a surprising smoky element to it, alongside light fruit. Flavourwise it has berry sourness and a bitter almost acrid and smokey edge. Loght. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Just doesn't do it for me.... leaves a not.entirely pleasent aftertaste.

Very slightly hazy deep gold with a small, bubbly white head and a sweet nose. Caramel, fruit malt and bitter hops on the tongue, with a mellow floral hop character.
