Clear pale gold with, with a bubbly white head, and a touch of sweet biscuit malt and a hint of citrus on the nose. Very fizzy, with a light malty taste to begin with, before the chilli heat kicks in: the spice is quite harsh and overpowering, albeit on the mild side, and lasts well into the finish and aftertaste
