Rob Doesn’t Like Sours, so we thought we’d brew one! For the first time ever on our main kit we’ve kettle soured for 24 hours prior to boiling up this classic German wheat beer with an abundance of raspberry puree.
The eye catching reddish pink appearance gets the mouth-watering, ready for a rollercoaster of rich raspberry smoothie with a slight citric sour touch. Low hop levels let the raspberries, lactose and malt dominate the flavour, with a sweet yet vividly tart mouthfeel.

Pours a cloudy rose pink / pale orange, with a small bubbly off-white head, and a faint tart fruit aroma. Not a massively sour taste, but a decent dry, fruity flavour going on, and smooth verging on creamy mouthfeel
