Oak and complex vineous Bretty saison aroma. Flavor is oak, saison yeast , complexity from fruits , sawdust cedar woody note. Well balanced super complex saison like wild beer. Well barrelled. Soft. Gentle

On tap at the brewery. Pours out a pale straw color topped with a white head. Nose is spice floral notes and some earthy tones. Taste is more of the floral notes spice and some soap.

Draft at brewery. I was hoping for some juniper or sahti notes to reflect the Nordic in the title.Nothing such occurred. Mildly sweet saison with some yeasty notes, but just muted all around. Still tasty, but confused on the Nordic label.
