Bottle Pale yellow, spartling but no head. Aroma of sour and tart apples like a traditionalister spanish Cider, not sweetened. Flavor is sweet Apple , leather, funk, Apple flavor is ripe sweet Apple, probably sweetened after all. The funk and leather and some integrated sourness is very Spanish.
