Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a roughish, lacing, white head. Nose has a faint, Belgian phenollic touch. Medium body, fruity - now distinctly Belgian in expression. Dry finish with little bitterness. Quite straight and drinkable. 131125

Bottle clear golden colour with small off white head.Aroma is livly with hint of citrus and grass mild malty and mild sweet finish.

bottle high carbonation and/or bad yeast control or infection. Did not spill over initially but the glass was mostly foam and after pouring the beer soon started to spill beer foam over the top and it has not stopped yet. appearance set to 1 bc of that. need-to-cleanup-penalty. would have been 2. cloudy unclear yellow with floaties, giant smooth white head. looks like a crazy belgian, which is okay, btw. I like those, esp. if they stay in the bottle when opened. aroma is brett, sawdust, citrus, flowery yellow fruity notes like a belgian blonde. Flavor is strangely very citrussy with flowery notes, the infection is quite well tasting, addind mostly citrussy and bretty and spicy notes. reminds me of the crazier beers out of mallorca when they started brewing and were totally noob about how to do it, always interesting.. Their excuse was me no inglish internet no understand, good at herding sheep, not sure what's the excuse in odsherred. Beer is fine, a well balanced wild/sour, good balance between brett and sour, good spicy touch, good hopping for a sour.
