Happy 2nd anniversary to Mcilhenney!!! This is a Triple India Pale Ale with a phenomenal array of hops; Simcoe, Nectaron, New Zealand Cascade, Strata leaf, Incognito Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Citra and CGX Strata. Grains are Two Row, Carafoam, Maris Otter and White Wheat. This one is smooth like herb butter, it’ll get ya!

On tap at Apex. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Aroma has subtle sweet malts and pine. Flavour has chewy malts, pine, and stonefruit. Mouthfeel is thick and oily. Kinda sticky and uncoordinated.

On tap at Apex, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has some earthy hops, butterscotch, and bready malt. Flavour is a bit jumbled, with bready malt, earthy sweaty hops, and a hint of dankness. A bit lacking in elegance but there's some nice elements here. Good.

473ml can. Sweetish, herbal and piney with some dankness, grassy and oily hops, resin, citrus and grapefruit. Quite hoppy and slightly bitter. Can, with thanks to Broken! Pours hazy yellow, small off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is fruity and tropical, mango, passionfruit, tangerine, guava. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter. No hop burn. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. I hear this one was rough when it was first canned, but is is pretty tasty now.
