SMALL WORLDS hop-forward IPA.
Brewed alongside Sam Dickinson from BOXCAR Brewery – we’ve been fans of Sam’s beers for a long while, so it’s great to have him over to our side of the river and cook up some IPA together. For this one we use an experimental hop blend of “Cryo Pop” in the whirlpool alongside Idaho 7, Azacca, Mosaic Cryo, and Equanot. Tried out an enzyme called aromazyme for the first time too – to release terpenes from the hop molecules to give even more juice. Delish.

Can from lowcostbeer, consumed 3 months past BBE. Hazy yellow-gold, moderate sized white fluffy head. Aroma of pineapple, mango, peach, flora. Taste of passionfruit, mango, toasty pine, pineapple juiciness in the finish. Medium bodied, refreshing on the palate. Good.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Aromas of pineapple, papaya, passionfruit, peach - in fact lots of fruits beginning with 'P'. Flavours of pineapple, mango, bags of passionfruit, peach, citrus notes. Sweet fruit in the foretaste, light bitterness in the aftertaste. Very nice.
