Ray is Heliotropical's little sibling. Its sessionable ABV makes it a lighter beer, but it still brings all the hops to the party. With the emphasis on Mosaic and the Cryopop blend, Ray also packs in Citra, Amarillo and Cascade. As you can tell, it's all about the hops, with a fabulous satsuma citrus aroma and taste with hints of coconut, peach, pineapple, strawberry, guava, and mango.

Draft at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head. Very tropical noted with coconut, pineapple and a zesty citrus finish. Good moderate body for the strength. Enjoyable.
