Brewed in collaboration with Gipsy Hill for our 8th birthday, Hip Sip Hooray is a New England Session IPA that’s bursting with tropical vibes. The style, hop bill and name were voted for by our members, and they chose wisely, with the medley of Sabro, Azacca and Meridian hops combining for a session-worthy beer that’s big on flavour. Expect lashings of fruity notes, a blast of coconut and minimal bitterness as this one goes down an absolute treat.

Can from Honest Brew. Light hazy yellow-gold with small white head, nice tight retention and lacing. Aroma of passionfruit, orange, citrus zest, caramel, touch of coconut. Nice. Taste is citrusy and zesty with mango, caramel and some coconut, modest bitterness. Light to medium bodied, smooth, soft carbonation. A well made session pale.

Brilliant white foamy head stayed on a hazy pale golden body. Punchy sweet citrus, mango & pineapple aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a sharp clean back. Mango, pineapple, nectarine & sweet white wine tastes with a zesty citrussy finish. Really good beer.
