GRAND UNION, 3.7% Hazy Pale Ale - Intense fruit flavours and aromas, a soft body, smooth mouthfeel with natural haziness (unfined and vegan friendly). We've called it GRAND UNION - after the longest canal in the UK, spanning an impressive 137 miles. It is a highly sessionable 3.7% Hazy Pale Ale (the 3.7% is a nod to the 137 miles of the Grand Union Canal).

Cask at Head of Steam, Birmingham. Luckily mine was in much better condition. Clear gold with smooth white head, good lacing. Biscuit malts, stone fruit, papaya, peppery notes. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Rather good for a light pale.

From tap at Villages Taproom, Deptford, London, 23.08.24. Translucent golden. Some white hesd and lacing. Sweet aroma and taste and dried dried papya, old tropical fruits and sweet pale malt. Nor great. It gets warm as it gets warmer. Infresh. Meh.
