Session NEIPA brewed in collaboration with MK Biergarten to celebrate their birthday weekend! A soft, juicy malt base paired with a blend of Mosaic, Talus and Strata hops. A tropical fruit salad of a beer, pink grapefruit and juicy strawberries smothered in coconut cream.

Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is grass, lychee, coconut shavings, faint lime.
Taste comprises mixed tropicana, grass, coconut, lemon rind, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness with Talus evident.
Tidy enough sessioner.

Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St, Birmingham. Hazy gold with small white head, very good lacing and retention. Mixed tropical and citrus fruits, light pine, cereals. Some decent bitterness. Pillowy mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Well brewed but lacks some oomph / flavour to take it to next level.
