Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas of light spice and banana. Taste is sweet banana bread, yeast spice, caramel. Chewy finish.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a tall off-white foamy head. Yeasty and mildly wheat-malty aroma with notes of overripe fruits, banana, cloves and a touch of sweaty hops. Sweet and delicately sour flavour, almost full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Sweet malty, mildly wheaty taste with traces of caramel and a good dash of fruit salad, including notes of apricots, bananas and pears; quite lasting, moderately sweet juicy fruity and slightly sour finish with a muted alcoholic strength. 03.I.18

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Hofmühl Zerberus ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, caramel, sugary, caramelized malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, alcohol - esters. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, caramelized malt, sweet malt, wheat - caramel, weizen yeast, yeast - easters. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20160613]

Bottled@HBF2016. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some wheat, spices and mild yeasty and spicy notes as well. Flavour is wheat, some slight spices and alcohol with a mild touch of honey. Fresh and nice Weizen Bock, but also quite a heavy weight beer.

Bottle: Cloudy, deep orangey-golden, bigger creamy and lacy head; mainly moderate aromas of bananas and yeast in the nose, wheaty-caramelly traces underneath; moderate sweet flavour, both acidity and bitterness barely detectable, pretty full bodied and soft; bananas and sweet (wheat-) malt in the slightly lingering sweet-fruity finish. 50cl bottle @ hbf 2016. Golden, unclear, thin white head. Banana, hops, yeast, wheat. Nicely balanced. Wheat, sweet banana crispness. High drinkability. Bit sour perhaps, but it fits well here
