Ihku Pub from Tampere asked us to brew something with mango. So we did, and this is the result. Choose a typical American IPA for body, add fresh mango in all forms and colours and marry that to flirting bitterness and pale cloudy yellow color. You will get some awesome stuff! If you like baby food mango puree, you love this brew!

Draught@Ihku, Tampere. Hazy ambery orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is mango, some caramel, mild toasted tones as well as some herbal tones. Flavour is herbal, some floral, big time mango and peachy tones with some slight tartish tones too. Somewhat dry palate, which makes you want another sip quite quickly.
