The Liar's Club is a unique re-fermentation of cider apples from the north east with foeder fermented and wine barrel aged mixed culture golden ales. The beer and cider aged together for 5 months prior to being bottle conditioned.

On tap at Green Bench, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of complex bugginess, crisp apple skins, some gentle vinous character, and oak. Flavour is likewise complex and well-crafted, with lots of wild yeast, gentle apple skins, oak, and a touch of vinous character. Dry, funky, vinous, and apple-y in wonderful cohesion. Excellent.

Bottle at SP Invitational. Pours yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is floral and citrus. Thin body, funky, citrus, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
