Bottled. Black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is mild roast, some coffee, chocolate and mild wooden tones. Flavour is quite bitter with some roast, herbs and mild toasted bread with some yeasty elements too. Ashy and herbal finish.

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Frederikssund Stærke Ferdinand ].Unclear dark brown color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, hay, straw. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, soy sauce, roasted, chili fruit - earthy, dark malt, chili warm finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160520]

50 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted and slight coffee like. Bitter, dark malty and roasted. Herbal. Dark malty and solid liqourice to breadish roasted. Dry and dense dark malty finish.
