Bottled. Reddish brown colour with a mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is biscuity, mildly toasted, some nutty and wooden notes. Flavour is nutty, some roast, mild biscuity and some toffeeish tones. Very malt driven and a mild hoppy bitterness to it. Still very smooth and actually a pleasant sipper.

Bottle from craft makers collective. clear light maghoni brown, light brown head. looks very nice very mild aroma, perhaps I can get a little butter or toasted bread. also faint nutty notes. Where's the aroma? Pretty nice flavor though, a good mix of brown ale'ish flavors, malts, nuts, chocolate, low bitterness. Surprisingly flavorful for a skands - I often find them with very little flavor and often find them very boring. This one at least has some flavor. Tastes a bit industrial, but otherwise a drinkable brown ale.

50cl bottle from DFDS Seaways. Pours clear dark amber to mahogany coloured with a modest, beige head. Malty and slightly nutty with dried fruits, caramel and hints of roasted malt. Sweet and malty with fairly low flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Watery and boring.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep, nutty brown with a small, beige head. Vaguely nutty, biscuity aroma. Medium body, discreet roastiness again with a nutty whiff. Discreet, late bitterness. Solid and well crafted but as with most Skands beers they don't really have much character. 221117

Bottle 50 cl.Pours a clear, reddish amber with an off-white head. Nutty, syrupy aroma. Rich, malty body, again nuts, toffee, burned caramel - but everything kept perfectly in check by sufficient bittering hops. Never gets cloying or anything, perfectly balanced. This is good craftmanship. 100316
