On tap at New Holland - The Knickerbocker, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is full of caramel, bourbon and intense brown sugar. Flavour is cloyingly sweet and boozy, with intense sweetness, intense booziness from the barrels, and caramel. Way too sweet and boozy. Messy.
