Bottle@Borups - Golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is citrus fruity and light malty, light wheaty and tasty notes, some fruity spice into the finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny, white head. Aroma is tight, leathery Brett. Medium body, some sweet malt character. But no yeastiness, no banana or clove esters to indicate that this should be a Hefeweizen. The Brett dominates throughout. But as a subtle Brett Pale Ale it works surprisingly well. 161215
