Herre øl, brygget på flere forskellige sorte malte, speltmalt, enebær og lynghonning. Den engelske humle EKG, bidrager med en lidt jordagtig smag, som komplementerer godt sammen med den søde lynghonning, som har en kraftigere smag end alm. honning. Bitterheden fra de tørrede enebær, er lige så intens som havgus fra Skagen Nordstrand.

Black with small light beige head. Roasted aroma, no juniper. Herbal flavour, green twigs and perhaps some milk chocolate. Drinkable.

Bottle. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of roast, with notes of malt, hops and juniper and hints of coffee. Sweetish, malty flavour with notes of lactose and yeast and touches of roasted coffee and juniper. Lactic and roasty aftertaste with estery notes. Okay.
