Rewind or Die dropping just in time for this year's namesake Halloween party. Sinister in appearance, rich in flavor. This West Coast Style IPA was kettle hopped with Citra, Chinook, and @yakimachief Citra Dynaboost, then dry hopped with Citra, Chinook, and YCH Simcoe Hyperboost. The result is a bright golden IPA with assertive hoppiness, notes of citrus medley, pine, and resin with a crisp finish.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: golden yellow to orange color with a two finger frothy white head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney sweet to orange sweet hops with some mixed citrusy hops from underneath then some clean caramel malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to an old school sort of bittersweet quality; finishes that same way
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness and a little bit of some hop assertiveness nipping the tongue a bit
Overall: works for me as an old school IPA and what's nice about this is that it's cleaned up a bit, something it has going for it.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Caramel and pine aromas. Medium bodied with sweet caramel, tangerine and pine front to back. Lasting pine and tangerine pith finish. A welcome update to the west coast IPA - I would love other brewers to make some rewinds..
