Pours gold into a pils. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Neutral aromas. Crisp with toasted sourdough, kumquat and citrus upfront turning to earthy, bitter lemon and grapefruit pith and peel in the dry, lasting finish. This tastes like an IPL to me...
