Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, flowers, saison yeast, tart - sour, honey. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, middle flavor is moderate and acidic, finish flaovr is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, honey, tart, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160312]

Draught. @ Mig og Ølsnedkeren. Pours light golden with a white head, light lacing. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, baking yeast, wood, little vinegar, fruity hops. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, malt, yeast, wet oak, little honey, little vinegar, light fruity. Medium body, light overcarbonated, light acidic finish. Pretty good, has some light similarities to Crooked Stave beers. 050216
