Named for the oceanfront park in Salem, The Willows is our Belgian Witbier brewed with coriander and orange peel. A gentle spiciness from the Belgian yeast balances out the subtle malt sweetness, providing a base for herbal notes and a touch of clove, before finishing dry and clean.

Pours hazy light gold into a tumbler. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Fresh bread and clove aromas. Soft with bitter clove, allspice and coriander front to back and into the dry, bitter apple finish.
