Pils single-hopped with Perle hops grown in the Tettnang region of Germany. These hops bring a fresh herbal character with a lemon/lime, lime pith, black lime (let's say pan-lime) quality. Brewed once before in the earlier days of SFB and now canned for your at home enjoyment.

Golden with a white head - Malt and gengtle hops in the aroma - Malt body with a good gentle hop flavour and bitterness - malt and hop bitterness goes into the finish and lasts for a long time - This was nice

Pours clear gold into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface leaving sheet lacing. Citrus and hay aromas. Crisp with tart lemon/lime and sourdough upfront turning to earthy pith and peel in the lasting bitter finish.

Burk från Suarez. Kristallklar ljusguldig med lätt smutvit krona med stora bubblor. Reflekterade inte över namnet innan jag smakade. Oerhört lätt och finstämd utan att bli klen eller tråkig. Lätt kropp, mjuk och fin, fint blommig ton, mjuk men ändå stor beska som tränger igenom och växer till en bit in. Oerhört finstämt och elegant. Mycket gott.
