The Chaos Theory is also seen in Fractals, which are complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing loop. Fractals are literally pictures of Chaos.
Chaos Theory uses our Fractal fermentation profile, a grain bill of flaked oats and flaked wheat, and for the first time with this profile, a hop bill of Citra, Strata, Galaxy. The outcome is an easy-drinking beer packed with bold flavors lined with a hoppy creaminess. A papaya and tropical nectar nose leads to luscious flavors of navel orange, passionfruit, pineapple chunks, grassy resin, and Lemonhead candy. A hoppy bitterness is balanced by our #EQjuice finish and a creamy mouthfeel.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: thick copper to brown color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple-y, lemon and earthy hop tones up front layered by a gentle freshly cut grassy hop spice underneath that; clean biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fair bitter to bittersweet vibe; finishes slightly lemony and pineapple-y
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe leaning towards medium just a bit; somewhat sessionable; decent enough smoothness but a like hop bitterness assertiveness, nice low carb
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA I could have again.

US pint can at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, big lemon lime citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a fresh, somewhat smooth, herbal, earthy, mango, light stone fruit, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Pours murky mango into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Medium bodied with dusty pineapple rind, mango skin and passion fruit front to back. Warm medium length tangerine pith and peel finish.
