Pours a light translucent brown from a can. Nice roasty caramel malt aroma and flavor, a little watery. Good beer.

Pours deep mahogany from a dancing owls can into a stein. Mocha head with medium retention recedes to coat surface leaving scant spiders. Earthy pumpernickel and caramel aromas. Crisp with sweet raisin brown bread and pumpernickel upfront turning to thin multigrain sourdough in the medium length finish.
