A West Coast Pilsner, a recent beer style that combines the crisp, clean, refreshing character of traditional Pilsners with the bold, citrusy dryhop aroma and flavor characteristic of American West Coast IPAs. Strong lime and grapefruit citrus hop aroma. A hint of passionfruit and ""noble"" spicy hop. Light clean grainy malt. Firmly bitter and crisp.

5oz pour at the brewery. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. Lots of fresh pine on the nose. flavour has fresh grass and bright, woody pine; good pale malt base. Very nice.

Gold, fast fading white head. Pleasant spicy hop nose and palate with medium length/strength bitterness in finish
