This is another ancient style beer that I made with the VIU smarty pants. It is based on a Norse Grog. We used birch bark, birch syrup, meadowsweet, yarrow, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, lingonberries, and of course... honey.

Deep brown, small beige head. Neutral nose. Lightly tart palate of berries and hibiscus with cinnamon notes.
