A gorgeous ruby-hued Belgian Pale Ale, re-fermented with black currant.

On tap at brewery. Pours clear deep ruby. Aroma has faint berry/fruit skin. Very clear red currant flavour; not excessively fruity or tart. Simple flavour profile but well-done.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear ruby red / pink with a small white head. Aroma is tart and somewhat acetic, with tons of tart red currant — not much else to speak of. Flavour is tart, dry and jammy, with dry jammy currants, dry Belgian yeast, and toasted bready malt. Surprisingly nice, with high attenuation / low residual sweetness. Decent stuff.

Cleanly made, but just a simple straightforward malt product with quite some fruit. Sk coop variety pack

Red with fast fading pink head. Light fruity nose and palate, vinegar notes. Watery and bland for my tastes

Poured from the tap. Clear red with small pinkish white head. Mild black currant, light tartness, okay.
