Hello darkness my old friend. The Gate keeper brings the return of a Dark IPA to our Fall lineup once again. Falconers 7 c’s and Cascades dominate the hop profile and compliment the roasted malt backbone.

Dark brown, lasting tan head. Lt citrus hop nose and palate, lacks proper roast, diacetyl hints as it warms. Medium bitter end, great lacing

Poured from the tap. Chestnut brown with small beige head. Fairly sweet, nutty roast with mild soapy hops. Not great.
