Our take on a classic Belgian style beer, table in strength but by no means lacking in flavour. A rich malt backbone featuring Special B, a dark malt imported straight from Belgium lending notes of dark fruit, brown sugar, and dark chocolate.

Pretty chestnut, thick tan head. Nose of brown sugar, spicy yeast. Subdued palate , light yeast/malt with light bitterness in finish

Mahogany colour, very dark, clean, with compact beige head. It's light but not weak; good bready malt flavour, there's quite the toast here; no Belgian character; dry mouthfeel; it's rather metallic in the finish. Tasty low alcohol beer.
