Can. It pours a big white, foamy head over a hazy pale golden colored body. The aroma is fruity and lightly citrusy, with some grass and a pleasant maltyness. Medium body and nice carbonation. The flavor has pale malts in the back, with generic fruityness and some citrus up front. Some bitterness and not too much sweetness. A light spiced hint show up too. Might pair well with lutefisk for all I know, but it's quite uninteresting on its own. Far from bad though. 240928

Hmmm this one felt not like a Belgian ale and not like a wit. Hybrid? Ehh hmmm well….it felt a bit messy. Hazed golden in the glass and a fine head Ok intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness and an ok carbonation level Wheat, fruity and ehhh herbal in a way. Coriander maybe.
