Vår signaturøl – med blanding av engslske og amerikanske ingredienser har den en gyllen farge, svakt humlepreg og en tøtsj av karamell og sjokolade. Håndverksøl som er ufiltrert og upasteurisert. Bør lagres stående i noen timer før servering. Sjenkes forsiktig over i et glass, men la bunnfallet være igjen på flasken. Dette er ølet som startet alt.

Bottle. Looks more like a brown ale than a pale ale. Aroma and flavor too moves in that direction. Nut brown ale, perhaps amber, in style. Nuts, toffee, caramel and a touch of chocolate. Some prune and hints of yeast. Drinkable, nothing more. 43437 260227

Clear deep nutty pour with a thick tan head Solid lacing. Looks fine and inviting Moderate intensity in the aroma. Toffee and herbs Decent balanced sweetness, but unfortunately a bit to low bitterness. Quite short duration. Tad rich fine carbonation level Bready, toffee, fruity, some candy and herbal hoppy flavor [Bottle from The Brewery]
