Cask at source. A reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a creamy head. Aroma is creamy vanilla ice cream, nutt malts jammy fruits. Flavour is composed of creamy roast, rounded, vanilla, lactose,. Palte is semi sweet, creamy, rounded vanilla, oily. Ok.

Cask at the Lion and Key, Hull, 20/02/20. Light black with a decent tan cap. Nose is vanilla essence, sweet malts, cocoa sprinkle. Taste comprises chocolate, vanilla, light baking powder, mellow roast, toffee. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent stout ... probably the best beer on offer from the Cathead range for me.
