Docks Beers first ever collab beer - with Brew York. Together we carried out a controlled explosion in our Grimsby brewery. We cleared the area, attached a raspberry charge to a saison bomb and detonated it to create this incendiary beer. Brewed with Vienna, Maris Otter and wheat malt and fermented with a Belgian saison yeast strain for a funky, spicy beer. To this we have added lemon zest, coriander seeds and huge amounts of raspberries to create a fruity taste explosion.

Nice red color in the glass. Also a fine pink head. Ok lacing Ok intensity in the aroma. Quite fresh Pleasant balanced acidity and a fine carbonation level Nice raspberry profile in the flavor [On tap @ source]
