SurSöt Hallon & Mango

(330ml can from Glasbanken) Pours rather pale pinkish red with a short lived fizzy pale pink head. Aroma is lots of crushed fresh raspberries, currants, musky tropical fruit, perfumed flowers, yoghurt. Flavour is lightly tart yoghurt-dominated, some lemon juice, tart raspberries, fruit candies, floral tropical fruit, some dry and tannic berry pips, sweet raspberry in the aftertaste, rather light and watery flavour on the whole. Light body, light but mouth-filling carbonation. More sour than sweet here on balance, and much more obvious raspberry than mango. Refreshing.

Mostly raspberries Balanced acidity and an ok carbonation level Quite easy to drink The flavor is mostly raspberry dominated. Mango…hmmm drowned in raspberries maybe.
