La Cèze est une bière très houblonnée, moins amère et plus douce que la Nîm’ale. Des arômes très frais de fruits et de fleurs : litchi, mangue, fleur de sureau… Brassée pour la première édition du festival Gard à la bière (2014), la Cèze tire son nom de la rivière serpentant de la Lozère au Gard, au creux de la vallée ou se tient le festival.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, flowers, fruits, malt, citrus and has a nice bitter finish.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, bretty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 220416

Bottle from a friend, many thanks. Unclear orange golden aroma with huge white head. Nice citrus hoppy aroma with oranges, tangerines, some earthy notes. Hoppy taste with oranges, tangerines, orange zest, light pies. Long fruity hoppy finish. Good, enjoyable beer.
