La Cèze est une bière très houblonnée, moins amère et plus douce que la Nîm’ale. Des arômes très frais de fruits et de fleurs : litchi, mangue, fleur de sureau… Brassée pour la première édition du festival Gard à la bière (2014), la Cèze tire son nom de la rivière serpentant de la Lozère au Gard, au creux de la vallée ou se tient le festival.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, some soapy and mild toffeeish tones. Flavur is yeasty, some citrusy and mild herbal and spicy tones along with some herbs.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Golden orange pour with white head. Fruity and malty with notes of citrus and tropical fruit, body is very watery and light, not much punch here for the back, disappointing.

Bottle at KØ16. Good fruity aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is nicely hoppy, grassy and a little piney but not very bitter.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, flowers - floral, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, herbs, grass, brett, light flowers - floral - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
