Serendipity (Ser|en|dip|i|ty) – Barrel aged Black Rye IPA: The occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way.
This black rye IPA has a rich malty backbone with a heavy dose of spice from the rye. To add more depth and complexity it has been aged in bourbon barrels and, in case that wasn’t enough, also aged in port barrels before being dry-hopped just before packaging to provide a fresh hop character.
Barrel aged for 12 months. Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.
Malts: Pale, Rye, Carafa Special Type III
Hops: Columbus, Simcoe, Citra
Allergens: Gluten (from barley), oats, wheat
