Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Appearance: Cloudy yellow color with a thick white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, yeast, clove and banana.
Palate: Medium + body. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Average to rich carbonation.
Taste: Mild balanced wheat, mild clove, yeast and balanced banana.
Overall impression: Nice refreshing and tasty hefe weisse.
