It is a perfect beer to start an afternoon, light and easy to drink but with pleasant notes of American hop, bitter, 11.10.17, in my hotel room, Paris.

Pale yellow colour, white head; aroma of wheat, intense fruitiness with pear mainly and some celery notes; taste of fruits like pear, appleand some peach, too,syrupy notes which are very well balanced by hoppy bitterness; refreshing beer

05.05.2019 -- on tap at la manufacture in basel, 6 fr/0.3l. pours an almost clear pale golden with a steady head. aroma of flowers, yellow fruits (apricots?), a touch of honey. flavour of gooseberries, citrus, white wine. not completely dry but not sweet, slightly sour, refreshing.

Unclear golden color with a big off white head. Good lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average to rich carbonation level. Decent balanced sweetness. Quite fruity at start. More wheat and a bit to herbal/grassy flavor in the end. Decent easy drinkable beer.
