Big pink fizzy-creamy longlasting head, deep reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, fruit stones, grass, oak, berry skin, sour red berries, minerals, black currants, soda powder. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, sour red berries, sour black currants, vinegar, minerals, soda powder, fruit salt, citrus acid, berry skin. Medium bitterness, sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Very nice.

Deep Purple and thank god, no smoke on the water. Just a fine nice balanced acidity. Fine intensity in the aroma. Pleasant smooth carbonation and a fine body for a 4% beer. Dry ending and a fine round and mellow texture. Nice black currant flavor. Also citric and lactic.
