A traditional tart Gose, brewed with sea salt, corriander and lactobacillus - spiked with a fruity Brettanomyces!
On the nose you get cloves, coriander and light banana. The taste follows through on the nose, with a tart citrus tang, a hint of peach and a salty finish! Appearance is pale straw and hazy.

Keg at Piccadilly Tap. Good looking Gose with that pasty yellow appearance and thin head. Sour hits the nostrils with a hint of gooseberry taking off the edge. Tastes great with the sourness well balanced. Really good refreshing Gose. New brewery for me and on first impression a great start.
