We're not sure if this is a sour beer for bitter people, or a bitter beer for sour people. What we do know is that this magical potion is sour enough to make you pucker up big time, while simultaneously getting slapped in the face with big amounts of Cryopop, Ahhhhroma, Cashmere and Eclipse hops. To round it all off we've added a splash of fresh tropical guava to bring both worlds together. Don't say we didn't warn you!

Can at Café De Brasserie, Emmen. Tropical aroma with lots of guava, fruity hops. Tart and fairly sour, hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium body. Nice and refreshing on a hot summer day.

0,33 l blikje from Slijterij Wijnalda, Haren. Watery flat yellow golden in the glass, nearly no head. Fits completely in a 0,25 l Baxbier glass. Dry tropical fruity aroma. Taste starts dry tart over ripe tropical fruity, followed by a strong yeasty section with increasing pale grain. Some bitterness. Nearly no carbonation. Sorry, not on my alley.
