Move over barley wine, wheat wine is the new sheriff in town. This beer is so hard core it was purposely brewed to be split in half at birth. The freshly released part is in your hand right now and is basically a wheat ale on steroids, dry hopped with fresh Ahhhroma and Nectaron. The other half of the batch decided to kick back and relax in fresh caribbean rum barrels for a while because no-one tells a wheatwacker what to do and when to do it. See you at St. Philips Barrel Club & Society whenever you're ready.

0,33 l blikje from Wijnalda, Haren. Bright copper in theglass, slightly cludy, one finger white foamy head. Looks really good. Smells red malty with resin. Taste sats also malty, a lot of resin, some citrus and orange, little bit boozy, all in a smooth balanced way. Low bitterness, little sharpness in the aftertaste. Very low carbonation. Nice stuff!
