Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hopy fruity aroma. Moderate bitter herbal flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

0,5 l bottle from the brewery. Dark golden in the glas, slightly cloudy with a more than one finger foamy white head. Looks good. Low malty smell. Taste starts grainy, dry bitterness, malt in the second row. Getting alcoholic and little bit metallic in the second part with toasted grainy background. Hints of pine. Not bad for a Heller Bock.
